As someone from out of state it was wonderful to find this local butcher with a great assortment of products including specialty cuts. Very knowledgeable and able to help us make the right purchase. I believe they are also able to ship across the east coast.

Moved to post a second review on our experience with the quality meats and beef broth bones purchased from this shop on Carolina Beach Road. Our experiment began as an attempt to make a healthier, unprocessed collagen source for myself but mostly for my brother who has a degenerative spinal issue. ( powdered choices are expensive and very questionable). After only a few months drinking homemade broth (daily) our health is markedly improved. His back pain is greatly reduced and the results are more than what we hoped for. The taste profiles added to everything I cook using the broth as a base is NEXT LEVEL DELICIOUS. We will NEVER spend another dollar on grocery store meat again. Cynthia's knowledge of her product line has been so helpful and we look forward to seeing her as she never seems to take a day off! Absolutely recommend to everyone who reads this ...STOP buying the questionable meat sold in grocery stores. We have no idea what they (really) add to their products. Thank you Cynthia for your dedication to providing quality at a price we can truly "LIVE" WITH.

This spot is a real gem. First visit there today, Cynthia is A-List, incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, customer centric. It’s so very refreshing to see someone that takes such pride in her business and understands the value of quality customer service. I’ll definitely continue to support her business.

I am on the carnivore diet and only buy my meat from here! Cynthia knows her stuff and will inform you and answer any questions you have! The ribeyes are amazing! They have exotic meats as well! Highly Recommend!
